A Running Relay Adventure Race
Friday & Saturday, September 17 & 18, 2010
Start: Cannon Mountain, Franconia, NH
Finish: Hampton Beach State Park, Hampton Beach, NH
The Reach The Beach (RTB) Relay is the longest distance running relay race in the United States. The relay consists of teams of up to 12 people, who rotate through 36 transition areas as they cover the approximate 200-mile distance of the race. Each Relay team member will run 3 legs of varying lengths and difficulty, and will cover an average total distance of 16 miles. Runners will rotate in set order and will be obligated to follow the rotation until they Reach the Beach!
