All I can say is WOW!

A huge THANK YOU!! To everyone who donated and to those that came out and walked with us and helped us reach our current total $24,165.38!!!

I am so touched that even in this economy, people still were so generous in helping us with this cause.

We had over 125 people registered and over 75 showed up to walk even in the pouring down rain in Phoenix (thought that was reserved for us in Seattle!).

At the walk I got to talk to and thank many people who came out and helped us remember My Mom and stand up to fighting this terrible disease!

It’s not too late to still donate if you would like to help us get over the $25k mark.

In October 2007 our family was shocked when we learned that our wonderful, active and healthy mom was diagnosed with Pancreatic Cancer. At the time we didn't realize how fast the disease would take her away. In February 2008 with several attempts at chemo she sadly lost her battle with cancer.

There have been so many times over the past year we've all looked at what happened and realized that if we had known sooner, if there was early detection testing for Pancreatic Cancer, she would have had a better chance to fight.
