Katherine created Potholders for Pancreatic Cancer Awareness in honor of her grandmother, who was lost to the disease. As a child, Katherine and her grandmother would make potholders in all colors and designs. She decided to make potholders to help bring awareness to this disease and support research aimed at finding a cure. Katherine hopes her potholders will be a symbol of hope and awareness for pancreatic cancer. All proceeds from the sale of Katherine's potholders will be donated to The Lustgarten Foundation.
