Leave A Legacy
The Legacy of Lustgarten is a very special giving opportunity, which creates a partnership between you and The Lustgarten Foundation. It enables you to leave a Legacy that will touch the lives of many individuals and families, well into the future.
We appreciate those friends who support our important research by making provisions in their wills, trusts, insurance policies, retirement accounts or give a gift of stock or securities.
The following is suggested language for including The Lustgarten Foundation in an estate plan:
For a specific amount:
I give to The Lustgarten Foundation, 1111 Stewart Ave., Bethpage, NY 11714 (specific dollar amount or percentage of my estate or specified asset) to be used for research purposes, in honor of (name).
For a residuary amount after other bequests are made:
I give to The Lustgarten Foundation, 1111 Stewart Ave., Bethpage, NY 11714 all (or a percentage) of the rest, residue, and remainder of my estate.
For a contingent bequest if you outlive other beneficiaries:
If (other named beneficiary) does not survive me, I give to The Lustgarten Foundation, 1111 Stewart Ave., Bethpage, NY 11714 all (or a percentage) of my estate.
IRA Gifting:
You may make a gift of your IRA.
Life Insurance:
If you have a paid life insurance policy you no longer need, the entire amount or a percentage may be donated to the Foundation. You will receive a charitable deduction.
